Mail-in Registration

While DFW Fiber Fest prefers the Online Registration method (please see the "Online Registration" page), you may instead mail in your registration using the form below.
PLEASE NOTE: Classes are filled on a first-come basis, whether via PayPal or regular mail. Payment via check or money order must accompany the Registration form. You will receive email confirmation of the receipt of your paid registration. Communication will be by email if you provide an email address, unless you specify that you wish to be contacted by postal mail or phone.
Wait Lists for Sold Out Classes:
If you would like to be placed on the Wait List for any of our Sold Out classes, please send an email to Liz at registrations.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Fees will be returned less $25 administrative fee for cancellations prior to March 15, 2012.
NO REFUND after March 15.

Class Fees:
(Registration fees submitted via USPS include a $2 discount per 3-hour Class to since there are no PayPal fees involved.)
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT:

$50 for each three-hour class
$90 for each six-hour class
$250 for the entire weekend (18 hours of classes) including Friday Night
